Profanity to be F@!*ing Outlawed?

A bill has been introduced in the South Carolina State Senate that seeks to outlaw the use of profanity. If passed it could mean a fine up to $5000 or up to 5 years in prison if you are deemed to be vulgar, profane or lewd. No mention is made of whether or not the internet constitutes writing, but this will surely further test the limits of the First Amendment ...
