Recycling to pollute

Many people recycle with good intentions of minimising their impact on the world around them, but how can you be sure that your toxic electronic goods are actually dismantled and recycled in a controlled and regulated manner? Answer: often you can't.

Here in Switzerland, a long-established process (the world's first) is in place which ensures that the products are monitored and the process supervised every step of the way, with careful independent inspections regularly carried out.
